I was in the stand early in the morning last week and didnt see a single deer. After a while I happened to look down and there was a bobcat right under me moving quickly through some really thick stuff. I was too slow on the draw and couldn't get a shot off. I would LOVE to have a bobcat mount in the house.
Do bobcats usually hunt the same area generally? Should I set up in the exact same spot? This was a creek bottom with really thick stuff all in it and a few clearings for trails. What do you guys suggest I do to get him back?
I am going to be able to hunt Wednesday of next week for the last time of the season in this particular WMA so that would really be my last chance. I would love to up my odds of seeing him again and getting a shot. What do you guys think I should do?
