Pulled my camera cards today... Look at the crease in the melon on that first pic! I think it is the same bear as the other night pic. I think I have about 4 so far. They like the caramel corn and a sweet feed mix I made with corn and oats coated in raspberry jam, then coated with dried distillers grain to cover some of the "sticky" of the jam. Of course they like the little debbies as well.
 
Obtain a Depredation Permit: from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) for the specific nuisance wildlife.
Get approved by the AGFC's Chief of Wildlife Management: to use trapping methods for management, research, or nuisance wildlife control.
Ensure the bear is causing damage: before setting out to trap it.

I know a guy who had some bee hives. Called g&f a number of times. They finally came out and gave a half hearted trapping attempt. Didnt catch and moved the trap to another location. Bear destroyed bee hives. Landowner shot bear. G&f came and got hide but did not fine landowner. Should have given him a reward
