Permit from who? Did someone make you do a permit to get a pistol in Arkansas? Gun is sold

That's if it has an actual buttstock, it becomes a short barreled rifle SBR. That is just a pistol. If you were to put a rifle stock on it you would have to have paperwork for it.10 inch and under is permit required or something like that isnt there.
