I have a Savage max 1 Predator chambered in 243. It has a heavy barrel and it is fluted. My best group with it is .4ish MOA at 100yds. It is mostly factory other than the stock has been cut out for a CDI bottom metal with detachable mag system and it comes with a 20MOA rail.. The part number on the factory rifle is 18889. These go for about $750 - $800 new. This one has had about 200rds down the tube. I am asking $600 FTF. Item is located in Conway.

Just out of curiosity what does the bottom metal package cost and how hard is it to install? I've a Rem LTR I'd like to add that to. thats a nice looking rifle you have there! !! Somebody ought to snatch that up!

The bottom metals are 210 or so and the mags are 60-70 each. The owner of cdi precision will inlet the stock for ya for $60 and that includes shipping back to you. BTW this will come with 1 5rd mag.

You must be in serious need of cash to sell that little jewel! I've got one in 22-250 I wouldn't sell for what I give new for it. They are great rifles! BTW how do you like that PST scope?

Its not a need for cash. I just hate to see a gun sitting around that I wont shoot. The scope is amazing. It doesnt rival my USO 3.2-17 but for the price and it is a FFP scope you cant beat it. People wonder why leupold has soo many new models. It is to compete with the newer companies that are years ahead of them.
