I have an old SMLE that is a BSA rifle from 1940, if I remember right. It has been mildly sporterized by cutting down the front handguard, but it's still the original wood (done before I got it.) The action seems to work well, though I've not fired it. Needs a good cleaning and a Big 45 pad in spots (if you don't know what a Big 45 pad is, then look it up online - don't ever touch a rifle with steel wool!) No ammo included - I don't have enough to spare. Don't know exactly what to ask, but I'll say $300, since I've seen similar rifles in pawn shops for $450 even before this pandemic stuff. I'm in Hot Springs. You may call or text at fiveo1sixo9six33too.
