I may have one laying around, but I'm not sure where it is. Both times I sent mine in for repairs I took off the rail and hammer extension, and both times it came back with new ones installed, free of charge. I'll PM you if/when I find one.

which t c base fits a nef? i see weavers 410 has more slots but not sure holes will match up.
