Who knows - stranger things have happened, but I would bet some established bow company is making them and Winchester has licensed their name to put on them.

I believe the winchester line of bows is all new and exclusive to winchester. The manufacturer is falcon outdoors i believe. They have a mighty impressive line up for 2012. The quicksilver is nasty fast. I don't know of any dealers carrying them tho

Seems like they are like the other smaller bow manufacturers. They assemble different parts that they design and have built to their specs. Their initial designer was the same guy that designed New Breeds line, Pearson and maybe HCA. They put them together in New Jersey and have Athens archery/lyntech do their machining.
