I have 2-1lb rib eye stake and I wont to know if I need to do anything other than have a real hot grill and let them get to room temp. before I hit the very hot grill with them? I'm going to have them today.

Season them on throw em on hot grill for a few minutes

Wind getting up bad I may have to cook them in a 500* Iron Skillet but I'm holding out for the grill.
Oh season about an hour ahead at room temp or longer.

They are laying out now and have been for about 2 hr's.
Good luck, you almost can’t mess up cooking a steak anyway, well baking one would be a sin of course! But grilling or skillet are good either way.
