What do you do with the coyotes, bobcats, etc. after you shoot them?
I call my trapping buddies to see if they want the fur. So far coyotes aren't worth skinning. Shot three Monday at Bentonville.... one had good fur, two were mangy.
Coyotes, take pics and throw them in a ditch. Fox and bobcats, take pics and then find someone that wants them. Some taxi's will pay you a little for them.
Take a pic and walk away. When the predator contest aint going I dont even take a pic.
Skin them out an make clothes, bags, hats, boots, shoes, and gun socks. Many things you can do with them.
Eat em don'tcha know:biggrin:
Well I have ate coyote befor not bad at all. :skeptical:
bobcats is pretty good.
Yote burgers taste purty good lol.
Most coyotes are left where they lay most are to mangy,or the hide is in rough shape from fights, going under fences etc. And many that I have shot have recently enjoyed a fine meal of skunk and are not even approachable.I do however cringe at the thought of a bobcat hide being left to waste.
after a shot
After a shot,I usually chase it with a beer.
