I will be going to B.S state park for a few days this week.Does anybody know
if they are hitting spoons,and are they running with all the gates open?

I believe the gates are now closed at Bull Shoals Dam but they are running 8 generators round the clock. So be prepared for a lot of water in the river. The lake is about a foot below the maximum which is 695.
I have been catching limits of walleye in Bull Shoals Lake using downriggers and running shadraps at 45-50 feet. Early morning stuff and the bite usually quits by 8 in the morning.
