Been fighting a tennis elbow for almost a year. Tried several elbow straps and seeing a buddy thats a rheumatologist to get shots. Got better but came back in December. Last resort, I m going to try the tommie copper elbow sleeve, wake up around 3am to their infomercials:banghead:. Had it for a couple weeks and I m impressed:smack: Its working:up:
Been a blessing in the shop the past 2 weeks:thumb: Forgot to put on a couple of days and have felt it that night. Don t know whats different in other compression sleeves put its a lot better than the straps I ve been wearing:shrug:
I've thought of Tommie copper over the past couple of days. My knee has been bothering me after playing a couple games of basketball. I went and rode a few miles on the mt bike and it has worked itself out. If it comes back I'm gonna be quick to look up Montel.
Got a TC knee sleeve for my left knee. If I know I'm going to be on my feet a longtime, I use it. It seems to work better than the old neoprene one I have. After comparing them, I'm confident the Tommie Copper does work. JMHO
