Who I talked to motoring the ditch at BM at 2 pm, with 2 boxes of shells in his boat, who told me he bought his bands off eBay, and wanted to argue with me about the baeyuu metro rules.. be careful not to get caught.. Might ruin you 1 month duck hunting career.. hope you have a good season...

Bands on Ebay:fit: My 16 years of hunting have only produced one lonely band. At least I know its mine! Ive never gone into BM with too many shells. I did sit down on a log one morning and under a piece of bark found a ziplock bag full of shells.

I want to know how the conversation started about buying bands on eBay. I know thats how I start every conversation with a person I don't know in the duck woods.
We started talking duck hunting.. I mentioned his bands and said man you must hunt alot or be really lucky. His answer ' oh these? No I bought them'

Then I realized he was a new hunter TRIED to explain the rules.. He argued.

I'm not a duck hunter... just curious.

What would be the big deal about buying some bands and wearing them? Do the bands serve any purpose other than a fashion statement?

You duck hunters sure seem like you have nothing else to do but ridicule other folks... dang near every thread in the waterfowl forum I see has someone doing this.
