Why should I have to change?
    I haven't done anything wrong.

I'm sure that kid had not done anything wrong before that day either.

The country as a whole needs to change its core values before it is too late. That is what this guy is saying if you will listen.
The Me me me society is what is wrong with this country.

How??? This reminds me of the debate's. We all understand we need a change, however, we never hear "How" we're going to do it. Arm Educator's and expose mental illness for the epidimic that it is? Or, will we lip service it to death until it happens again?

I support more action and less talk.

I think that is the point that he is making.
He said that he is going to make a difference in his kids lives and his players lives.
If we all went out and made a difference in the lives of 15 people, how much better would this country be?

This is what is spot on.
Groups that spend millions annually to eliminate the concept of personal responsibility and perpetuate a self-centered, egotistical view of human existence are destroying humanity.

Violent video games and movies are so common nobody gives them a second thought
War has been glorified for a long time. The media sensationalize any mass killings by naming numbers killed
Can't talk or hardly say God in public anymore without threat of legal action or boycott.
The whole society has been going downhill for a long time.
Banning guns isn't going to a thing to change things.
The government is not going to talk about these things

    My core values are solid.

I guess individual liberty is on the way out.
