SW Arkansas Lease
Thought I'd update this:
I am currently the Secretary of a 7000 acre lease located about 45 miles SE of Texarkana. We limit the membership to 60 which includes wives, children, grandchildren, and children on active duty military. We have a clubhouse with power, gas, big kitchen, bunkroom, fireplace, walk-in cooler, processing room (with grinder and cutlet maker), covered lighted skinning shed, and a lot of camper hookups. A 40 acre area adjacent to the clubhouse is set aside for the kids to ride atv's on. The land is leased from mostly private owners and is in mixed pine and hardwood timber with some cut-over areas. There is a lot of deer, turkey, hogs and small game on the lease. It looks like we will have a few openings for the 08-09 season. The cost is currently $420/yr.
