Is it legal to drive down the road with 2 spot lights mounted on the hood shining?
Well last night at midnight a jeep went by my house with head lights on and 2 spot lights (on) mounted near the corner of each side of the windshield lighting up the road and the woods beside the road. Boy, wonder what they were doing.:smack:
