WOO HOO. I bet this will be one of the most watched signing day for Razorback fans in a long time. Lots of anticipation to see some of the
kids not yet commited to see where they actually sign.

I was looking at the list in the paper this am. Looks like we still need some help in the secondary. Lots of receivers though.

Scout.com has AR @ #23 and Miss @ #36. Maybe scout factored in the coaches. That would make it a 10 point difference for sure!

I don't know who rates them, everyone's got an opinion. Off hand I'd say

    Anthony Blackmon - Bentonville
Blackmon (6-0, 178 ) finished 2007 with a school and conference record 2, 562 yards. He also broke the Class 7 A single-season record for rushing touchdowns with 34 scores. He was the named league's Outstanding Back, an All-State and Super Team selection and The Daily Record's Player of the Year.

    Terence Bobo - Atkins
Bobo rushed for 1,992 yards and 26 touchdowns in 2007. He had 157 yards receiving and one touchdown, and threw for two touchdowns in Atkins’ Wild Devil formation. Bobo also earned the Tri-County football team’s all-purpose player of the year with 93 tackles from his defensive back spot, not to mention five interceptions. He was also 31-of-37 on extra point attempts for the Red Devils and scored 205 points on the season.

Like I said, I don't know how their ranked. Looking at the numbers, what does it matter?

It was a good group of signings, though. Way better than what would have come about under the old regime.

Those are very sound high school players.....BUT..

If we are discussing the "TOP FIFTEEN" college prospects in Arkansas....a 2* and a 1* kid sure don't fit that description.

We, as far as I can tell, signed every kid that Coach P. made or confirmed an offer to....all fourteen of them.

    Agreed...:thumb:
