You can get shale at the Rogers quarry at Cabot. Sometimes they only have it as it comes out of the blast...big pieces, if they haven't had time to crush any.

I just got two loads up in Beebe last week. I cannot remember the guys last name but his first name was Mark and his number is 501-529-1369.
