Hi all,
I took my 11 year old son out looking for rabbits and squirrels at scatter creek today. We stayed from 6:30 to noon and walked a large portion of it. We only took one rabbit right at dawn but couldn't find any tree rats all morning. Has anyone else had luck there? Anyone know somewhere else in NE AR for good squirrel hunting?

I went to Scatter Creek yesterday for a couple of hours and didnt see a thing other than a Mocking Bird. Black River probably has some of the best squirrel hunting of any of the public land that I know about.
