Saw a few lookers today

    Was in Natches today. Having a car show there over the weekend. Hotel parking lot was full of these beauties.

    A lot of 'sixty-ones" and "Super eights" here. Most had Ontario lic.

    The doors on that first one were wood. Spotless and a quarter inch shine.

    Is that rack on the back of that tan one for luggage or something?

    Yea. Several had touring racks. Most fully chromed.
    Same on back of the third.

    You cant see behind the front fenders of the last but 3inch chromed exhaust ports.2 on each side.

    I saw some of them too, they all went by my farm yesterday, I was checking fence along my highway R.O.W. and no less than 20 went by here, including one or two of those in your pictures! :^)))

    Exactly, maybe a Buick? My dad had a '49 Buick Straight 8 4door Roadmaster that had the rear 2 doors opening from the front. He always tied a rope across when us kids were in the back seat. I think mom was afraid we'd fall out! LMAO Damn that was a long time ago! Shew!

    Dad sold it to a guy that welded the doors shut, took out all the seats and put a bucket seat behind the steering wheel, he was turning 11s in the quarter mile at Freemont Drag Strip in Calif.[Bay area]! ;-)))
