I have a Ruger 10/22 that wore a Green Mountain barrel. I sight my squirrel guns in at 40 yards and it would keep 5 shots inside of dime most of the time with Eley Target ammuntion. Problem was it was heavy. Going up and down these hills this spring with the dogs I decided to get me a lightweight barrel. Got the Kidd Ultra lightweight barrel. Put it together yesterday afternoon and sighted it in. I was pleased. 5 shots inside of a penny. Shot it off hand it is a little bit harder to settle down without the extra weight. Hoping I get used to it as I use it more.
