Any one ever use Outdoor Edge Knives?Got the butcher lite kit for christmas, just wondering what to expect.Thanks.

I have the switch back - love it, don't really use the gut hook that much, knife is got a great edge and stays sharp.

I got the swingblade and love it great knife great edge had it for 2 years havent sharpened it yet.

I haven't ever used the butcher kit, but I do use a boning/fillet knife from OE and also have one of their whitetail skinners, which I use every now and then. I like OE, I think they hold a pretty good edge and are easy to sharpen.
