Poor Customer service

  1. Seeing the Cabela's cust. service thread reminded me, if I'm in a store waiting to check out, and the clerk answers the phone, I walk off. To me, it's like breaking in line, and I will not be put on "hold" while a clerk answers a half dozen questions from someone who isn't even in the store!:mad: I took a walk last week at a nice clothing store, leaving the shirt I was trying to buy on the counter. Maybe the store needs more employees?

    I'm in furniture sales, the phone is a big part of the business; answering isn't rude, sometimes i ask to call them back if it takes away from waiting on customer in store, but i can take your money and answer them at same time.:cool:
