Seeing the Cabela's cust. service thread reminded me, if I'm in a store waiting to check out, and the clerk answers the phone, I walk off. To me, it's like breaking in line, and I will not be put on "hold" while a clerk answers a half dozen questions from someone who isn't even in the store! I took a walk last week at a nice clothing store, leaving the shirt I was trying to buy on the counter. Maybe the store needs more employees?
