Welcome Fetmo I like those TC's don't have one yet. I tote a .44 Ruger SBH 7 1/2" that I have put some powers custom parts in but use it mostly for side arm when I'm runnin round in the woods never know when you might need it! :thumb:

New member here and was wondering if there are any other Pistol hunters about and what yall hunt with?
I hunt with TC Contender and Encore.
I'm hunt with other weaps as well, but pistols are me passion.

You're gonna find all manner of deadly implements in use by the members here. I'm pretty partial to big Ruger revolvers in .357 and .44 rem mag myself. I'm dying to scope a Ruger Redhawk for deer hunting, just haven't had to opportunity and funds yet. Meanwhile, the 8 3/8" 629 will have to hold down the hunting chores.

Welcome to the best site on the web! I use a Ruger Super Redhawk .44 Mag. I haven't gotten to shoot a deer with it yet, but this year I am planning on only using it during modern gun season.
