Hope they had an alligator gar tag. I forgot to put in an application and don’t have a tag this year. We saw one last weekend that was at least 4’ long and couldn’t shoot it.
and you thank that is a bad thing? Clean them and take off the head ---cook them whole and serve use fork and take the flesh off top to belly on one side -- flip it over do next side same way--- Can't beat that. IMHO.
