A job is a job in this day and age. What I find odd is that any body would expect to get any thing other then minimum wage being a cashier at a fast food place.

When Katrina hit the gulf coast, Taco Bell, Mc D's and Burger King and few other major fast food chains couldn't find help. They rasied the pay to $15 to $17 per hour, Just so they could get people to work for them. They still had trouble hiring help.

I worked at McDonalds - actually TWO of them at the same time .... its respectable, however if you've been there 8 years and you're STILL making 0.50 over minimum? I'm saying you're a pretty piss poor employee overall.

McDonalds is bracing for Obamacare - she better pray she has a job when its all over with.

sure,. increase wages, which means McDonalds increases prices, which means fewer people eating there which means layoffs.

    honey, this isn't rocket science

look, its TOUGH - anywhere .... but realistically you're never going to get ahead working at Mickey D's
