Well with falling water levels and 49 degree water temps it's slow. Local fishermen have caught fish , but they are really small. Talked to several fishermen last few days and the average is less than 1 keeper (10''+ Crappie)per fisherman.:frown:
If the water levels get to normal and water temps will climb about 10 degrees maybe they will start. We are ready for a fresh mess of Crappie fillets real soon.

We went Saturday and Sunday at Marsh Man's private lake. CAUGHT LOTS! We caught about 20 Saturday. My daughter and her boyfriend caught 15. Went back Sunday before the wind got bad and caught 40.

Me and my wife crappie fished in a old cut off lake this past Sat. for probably 5 hours and only caught one catfish. I aint giving up. Usually I go after the fish been biting. This year I'm trying to be out there when they are :thumb: biting!
