I like to put some fresh pieces of onoin when I'm cooking it. And maybe a sprinkle of season salt.Bone the meat and cut it into strips across the grain. Dip it in a mixture of egg and milk and roll it in flour with spices mixed in. Deep fry in peanut oil or corn oil .
