Just bought one one sale. I will let you know. Everything I have seen said it is the BEST mid-level cam on the market and their customer service appears to be good.

Wife got me one for Christmas as well, has the mini-cam feature. I have only had it out for about a week but so far love it. In-fa red photos can be a little blurred but as stated above set it to take several consecutive. Says it can take up to 3600 pictures a day for video plot mode. Clam's a one year battery life on this years models using 8 AA battery's, we'll see.

The one year claims are a stretch ... this would only work if you have it on a seldom used trail. I have two of these and like them. The batteries need to be changed when they get down to about 35% . After that they may stop working or will only trigger when animals are very close like 5 yards. Other than that they are great cameras, fast trigger, a lot of options . I like the video with sound. I got some great videos over scrapes.
FYI, I see on the trail cam site they have 3 new improved models out very soon, including a "black flash"model ( no visible flash when you look into the camera )

Food plot mode is cool but eats batteries quick. Video with sound is a cool feature. THey say they do well on rechargeable batteries. THat would save some money in the long run.

I'm selling a Security Box and Python lock in the classifieds if anyone is interested. Would be cool if you wanted to put it on public land and make it harder to steal.

My wife got me one for Christmas as well and I just put it out this weekend so we will see. I have an old Remington game camera that runs of 4 D cell batteries. That thing eats batteries and takes a good photo every now and then. In short, it would not take much of an improvement in battery life or picture quality to impress me at this point.

I bought one at the beginning of september and love it. Bought 8 of these lithium batteries and had the camera out all season. Took about 2000 pictures and still at 98% battery life. A little blur with a few of the night pictures if the deer are moving but for the money they are a great cam!
