I'm looking to get a bike to ride since gas is getting so expensive. I like the look of the Honda Rebel. But I'm not picky, long as it runs I'll consider it. I can fix em up a little.

If I had the need for another bike to commute on it would probably be
either a Honda Helix or Silverwing.

I've had the full fledged sport bikes and road bikes but they got expensive
for me to ride......seems I couldn't keep the throttle from the wide open
position. A $150 speeding ticket broke me of that...

Yeah those tickets will kill ya. But I dont really like the bigger bikes. I'm an amateur biker so I would start small.
