I have a 2010 Mercury 20" lower unit that has about 25 hours on it. The case will fit anything thats a 3.0 liter. The case is in good condition but some of the internals need to be replaced. I will list what is messed up and what is still good. I will take $300 plus shipping. If you want pictures text me at 870-299-2424 and I will send them to you.

Don't the gears have to be a complete set to work correctly?

Far as I know you can just order and replace the ones that are messed up. They are not a matched set.
