Worth a shot.
I lost a fly box with about 150 flies in it first thing this morning at cow shoals. Didn't notice it until I got to the truck and by that time the water was to high to go back and look. I left my contact info at the fly shop up there but figured I would try on here to.

Zero fish but I only fished for a few minutes. Water started coming up shortly after 7. Ran down to swinging bridge and it was packed. Realized I was missing flies so ran back to cow shoals. Didn't really feel like fishing after that

Fishing was great from 11:00 till 1:30 yesterday way down river
