I am looking for a starter dog (Lab) for duck hunting - or a pup and really good trainer. I've got a great yellow lab pup - 47 1/2 pounds at 16 weeks - that we got when he was six weeks old. He is incredibly smart... However, my wife has gotten so attached to the dog, I think she'd send me off to training before letting the dog go off to a trainer.... Some things just aren't worth the battle! :head:
