Seems a rule change happened that now, you can hunt an adjacent unit to the unit your tag is good for (KDFW told me that) so I went on line at 12:00:01 and there were 12 tags left for unit 2. I bought one so I can hunt unit 1.

I could also have bought a muzz tag for many units as well as rifle tags - quite a few options.

Another Kansas hunt this fall it seems, tickled to have it. Made a deal with the wife - she goes on to Denver to see Coldplay in concert and stay the week of Thanksgiving with her sister and I get to hunt.
