A lot of Howas come with an MOA guarantee. I think they have one model with a 3/4MOA guarantee. Howa is probably up there with tikka as far as action quality goes.

Yeah just checked and they have a sub MOA guarantee on the Game Pro G2 in the Hogue stock. I dunno about that Nikko scope, I’m leery on package deal scopes. Rifle is solid.
