Hickok is one of my favorites out there. He's too wordy but gives very good reviews. Loves his Glocks but isn't biased.

I got the scar on my thumb at 12 years old, Pax, with a little 25 auto. Never got a 2nd one.

Kinda like someone shooting a compound bow with their elbow locked, it's self correcting and generally only happens once.

Self correcting for some. As a CATM line instructor I've watched multiple people do it more than once, worse at civilian ranges.
