I think it's about right now. I've been offered $2k per acre for mine. In 5-10 years, we'll probably be talking about the good ole days when land was $1600/acre.

So your selling the dirt or rock .....or from what it looked like on google earth zoomed down a huge gorge for $350 an acre!
