Guys I won this bid, however I can't make it. I am going to pay the difference between my bid and the next highest bid but want to offer this to anyone here that wants it. My bid was $450, I'll pay $25 of if for the trouble I caused. I found out in Friday that BOTH of my adult kids have until February 1 to be out of their places, my son is shipping out to Africa and my daughters lease is up and they are moving into a larger house. They are both counting on me to help move. That, and this new business I started has taken off like a rocket.
Let me know by noon today if anyone wants to take this. The owner has been great to deal with
