I got to do a little hunting this afternoon, and I took this coyote on my second set up. It was getting close to dark and I set out my caller and decoy and started calling. I was set up on a hardwood ridge that ran along a large cutover. About 10 minutes into the calling this yote came in at a fast trot, and I put him down at about 50 yards. He was making a run at the decoy but I took him about 15 yards before he got to it. I still don't remember what kind of decoy it is, but it works. :thumb: I love this beginners luck. :thumb: Here's a pic of the yote.
