It's 100% their proposal as I have read the proposal. They also list a bunch of numbers and history in the proposal and state that they are now in the herd management phase whereas before they were in the herd building phase. I hear that it's pretty well a done deal, which I tend to believe.
Game and Fish proposal is to do away with flood zones on private land next year.

You're correct 4hunting.... What a mess it will be. And whether it's the right move or not, I m starting to lose all trust in the commission. I read an article somewhere with the head of the commission stating how he wanted to restore trust in the commission and the system, anyone else happen to read that same article and remember where they read it?
