I'm not trying to copy the other guys thread but my wife usually names all my pups and quite frankly the names she has thought up SUCK! lol I have a Mt. Cur female pup shes as brindle as brindle can get with a white strip on her chest. Looking for good hunting dog names here, Please Help?!

Choose a one syllable name if you can. Something you can say clear and forcefully with volume enough to immediately get the dogs attention. My last Golden's name was Bud! A good female name for example is Sue. :thumb:

I like that one quite a bit.. Lethal Lucie isnt bad either, my wife wanted to name her Lucy but I couldnt come up with anything to go infront of it.

Best dogs I have ever had where named Yancy and Sadie. The one I am working on now is named Ellie May when I am being harsh with her I just call her L. like posted above one syllable names are easy to to get their attention with.
