Figured why not get a jump on mine. Hitting the gym first thing in the morning. I am depressed I weighed 140 when i graduated now weigh 185:( I have kept putting it off and putting it off but I'm finally gonna do it time to get back in shape. Am wanting a baby soon and need to get the extra lbs off first. Called my gym the have a fitness bootcamp style class at 6:15am... Say a prayer for me

Sarah, Look at Zumba.. My wife and a friend went in half. 6 CDs for $60 and you do it in your own house. My wife lost 60lbs. Plus she walks 5-6 miles a week. She has tried everything and failed. She says they have fun doing this. It is more like dancing than anything. Very fast paced.

Thanks I may have to check it out I have noticed they offer it as a class at my gym, but I do like doing stuff at my own house too. Thanks for the info:up: Tell your wife congrats on the 60 lbs.

If that doesn't seem to work for you. Give Laura a call at Push Fitness. Its a new place in Elk Park. She to be a trainer at the gym I worked out at, now she's went out on her own. Its a small place, but very nice and she's a great trainer.
