Try less decoys and less calling. Chances are those birds have been in the area a while. Give them a different look of some kind. This has worked for me in the past.

I noticed today that the birds are gettin hole shy. Evertime that a group would circle over the hole, they would flare so hard they looked like fighter jets pulling some major Gs. Woodies where the same way, guess the woodies are tired of Johnny one pop burning em.
