One of my students was talking about making some duck jerky the other day. I told him to be careful of salmonella. Does anyone know of any duck jerky recipes? Have you made any? How did it turn out?

It tastes too much like liver,and I like liver,just dont like duck jerky. If it tastes like liver it should be liver,and not duck.
