My goal for the year was to get the triple trophy. I was able to finish that goal off the Sunday after the first muzzel loading season by killing a doe with my bow. The next week I got an 8 point with my bow. Opening Sunday of rifle season I got the big six point that I had been after. This put me at 2 bow kills, 2 rifle kills, and one muzzel loader kill. I spent the three day muzzel loader hunt after Christmas trying to make it a true double triple. Yesterday afternoon I was able to do so with a small doe. 2015 was a great year. Was lil worried you wiped out a spot bc I know if i killed 6 of 1 stand thatd be it for a few yrs. we just dont have that many deer at my place.

Doe population at the lease has been extremely down. I won't shoot any there until the population rebuilds.
