A couple of guys tried to rob "Joe's Grocery" in Little Rock and Joe pulled out his pistol and put both of them in the hospital in serious condition.
All I can say is good shooting Joe! :thumb:

do we know this for sure....just wondering. If it is true it just goes to show you shot placement is everything. Lots of people can shoot COM at the range but its different under pressure. Im glad he defended himself and no one innocent got hurt.

Joe may get a little more business out of this. It's a shame how things have been going lately. It's more and more in the news, stories just like this.

Yes it is true, I work with his son. He is pretty shaken up over it but he is ok...His son is helping him open the store tomorrow and help him through the day. I don't know Joe but if he is anything like his son he is an A+ guy.

The two crooks had to call 911 for an ambulance. I can only imagine what that call must have sounded like.

911 Operator: "911 What is your emergency?"

Crook: "Um yo, me and my homey was robbin' Joe's Grocery, and Joe shot us! We din't do nuffin to him and he jus shot us! Send us an ambulance!"
