Im looking at leasing some Deltic land this coming season. Any thoughts experiences anyone could share?

They are very particular about their property. Don’t really want you doing anything to their property but paying their high price

We have leased some of our property from Deltic for years, but where we hunt they were bought out or merged with Potlatch & lease renewal is now done online through Potlatch.
They are much less responsive and don’t maintain the main road as they did when it was just Deltic.

If you read there Entire lease Agreement it states that in the Urban Society in which we live those who choose to participate in outdoor Hunting activities are a Minority and that Exhibition of Harvest to the Public is Frowned upon.
So Basically I read that as they don't want you running around Advertising your killing Animals.
So Basically they are probably getting hit with Complaints from the Society's that would like to End our Culture.

Used to be in a Deltic lease. No major problems. Biggest issues were them not helping us keep the gates locked after they cruised timber and not communicating when cutting was going to take place. Overall not a bad experience but they don't take hunters into consideration when they get ready to cut timber.... I can vouch for that.
