You can look in the agfc handbook and see what flood prone region it is in and what the river level has to be at. Then google ar river levels click the link for the NOAA website to check the levels

Thats what i had heard last week when i was up there and i was just trying to make sure....Just called the hoteline and they said regions E and F were closed....Thanks!!
