    Here is another recipe we really like. It is like a barbecue meatloaf.

    2 lbs. ground deer meat (I use 1 lb burger and 1lb sausage)
    green onions (chopped)
    1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
    2 eggs
    package of shredded cheddar cheese
    bottle of your favorite bbq sauce
    Tony's
    Lemon Pepper
    Cavender's

    Get a large bowl and mix up the venison, breadcrumbs, eggs, seasonings, and about 2 cups of bbq sauce. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with wax paper and fill up the dish with the meat mixture. Top with chopped green onions and about 2 cups of shredded cheese to within an inch of the edges all around. Lift the wax paper out of the dish and roll the meatloaf together lengthwise and seal the edges as best as you can. Put into baking dish seam side down. Bake at 375 until done (30-35 minutes). When almost done, pour some more bbq on top and bake about 5 more minutes. Take out of oven and enjoy. This is good by itself or on hamburger buns.
