That is a good question. The problem with this job posting is that once the respective candidate actually reads what they will have to enforce....

Anybody that has the background they are asking for should be smart enough not to take the job. :wink:

especially for that pay rate, sounds kinda low for someone that knows all that must be a labor of love

Man that is on the same level as a Police Department the size of ours. Our Chief makes somewhere in the neighborhood of $80,000 a year. Most of our ten year Officers make $50,000 + a year counting longevity and holiday pay and they are wanting to pay a division chief $44,000. Are they kidding? A job with that kind of responsibility should pay at least $75,000. I will stick with the NLRPD. That means the regular wardens don't make crap :smack:

80,000 aint enough to have to live in LR as far as I'm concerned.
