I bought a bunch of those 50 round cci 22 mag ammo couple years ago and one of them had a bullet loaded upside down. I never opened it, just saw it through the case, I've got it it saved somewhere...

Not sure how cci loads their ammo, plate loader or otherwise but when you are churning out millions a day things like this will happen.
Contact them and let us know what their response is. You might get a whole new box for the defect of one.

When I was finishing sighting in the 39 the inverted round made it into the magazine tube with the other 27 rounds. It wouldn’t chamber & was jacked into its final resting place somewhere in the pine straw.
